Returns
You can return eligible items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@colorstrap.com with your:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We’ll provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you via email
- Process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
